EUROPEAN INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL COMMUNICATION DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION
The European International Association for Cultural Communication Development (also known as ECCA; Registration approval number: G56303902.), is a non-profit organization registered in Spain. The aim of the association is to build a harmonious and integrated bridge for cultural and developmental exchanges and cooperation among governments and businesses in Spain, the European Union and even all the countries around the world, promoting international cooperation in such field as culture, art, media, film and television, trade, education, law, science, health, sports, tourism, etc.
The members of ECCA are composed of experts, scholars and entrepreneurs from various realms such as culture and communication, economy and technology. Its partners cover Spain, Europe and even South American countries.
Committed to establishing a diversified international exchange and cooperation platform, ECCA has received strong support from all levels of government, agencies and educational institutions in Spain and Catalonia. In practice, it will cooperate with governments and businesses of many countries and related institutions to hold various forms of exchange activities.
Headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, ECCA currently has liaison offices in Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and other European countries, as well as Argentina in South America.
In mainland China, ECCA has engaged its local partners in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Chengdu to represent it in its communication and liaison in South China, East China and inland provinces, in a hope to promote cooperation between governments, businesses and academies in mainland China and those in European and South American countries. Such cooperation may include brand image promotion and internationalization, establishment of and exchange among friendly cities and partnerships, cultural and film festivals, overseas dissemination of new media, artist exchanges, performances of cultural organizations, folk festival shows; economic and trade cooperation, academic visits, study exchanges and youth holiday activities, sports event cooperation, etc.
